7th Annual Scottish Property Awards Brings Silverware to Ochiltree

High quality work to improve Scotland’s urban environment has been recognised at the 7th annual Scottish Property Awards with winners revealed at a sold-out event held in Edinburgh last week.

Ochiltree Hub missed out on the nominated award of Regeneration Project of the year to Red Tree Magenta of Rutherglen however th Hub was deemed to be an inspirational project by the judging panel and was awarded the Judges Award for Excellence.

Trustees Alex Baird and Tom McAllister attended the evening on behalf of Ochiltree Community Hub. Alex commented “Although disappointed to not come away with the Regeneration project award we are exceptionally proud and humbled to have been awarded the Award for Excellence. A huge thanks must go to the staff and volunteers and to those in the community that believe in the project and continue to support us.”
